The National Youth Service Corps has named Mr Kubiangha Ita as the new State Coordinator for Osun State.
Ita, who is now the 16th coordinator to oversee the scheme in the state, takes over from Mr Ndola Agbor.
According to the News Agency of Nigeria, a formal handing-over ceremony took place on Friday at the NYSC Secretariat in Osogbo.
In his valedictory remarks, Agbor described his time in office as rewarding, noting that the successes recorded during his tenure were made possible through teamwork, shared responsibility and commitment to the core values of the NYSC.
He also advised members of staff to continue to uphold professionalism, integrity and cooperation, while giving their full support to the new state coordinator to ensure the continued progress of the scheme in Osun.

In his response, Ita emphasised the importance of transparency and collaboration among staff members and thanked his predecessor for his service.
He further encouraged corps members serving in the state to remain committed to their national assignment, stressing that diligence and dedication would ultimately be rewarded and remembered.
