The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has set Thursday, December 18, 2025, as the official pass-out date for Corps Members in the 2024 Batch ‘C’ Stream II.
In a statement issued by the Director of Information and Public Relations, Caroline Embu, the Scheme confirmed that the passing-out ceremony will be conducted nationwide in a low-key format. Certificates of National Service will be distributed simultaneously across all Local Government Areas (LGAs) to eligible Corps Members.
The corps members, who were formally sworn in on 24th January 2025, will now proceed to the final stages of their service year after participating in a series of activities designed to prepare them for life beyond NYSC.
As part of the winding-down process, the Scheme has lined up Job Advisory and Counselling (JAC) sessions in partnership with relevant agencies to provide guidance on employment opportunities, career development and entrepreneurship. Corps Members are also expected to complete their final clearance with Zonal Inspectors ahead of the pass-out day.
