āI did, and although the journey was tough, I emerged victorious, and today, I am the Governor of Edo State. I see my becoming a Governor as a divine mandate to serve and bring development to the people. And I am here today to assure you, my brethren, that I will not disappoint the God of NSPPD,ā Okpebholo said.
The governor thanked Pastor Jerry Eze, Lead Pastor of the church and convener of the New Season Prophetic Prayers and Declarations (NSPPD), for his prayers and unwavering support during the elections.
He pledged to remain a worthy ambassador of the church by spearheading economic growth and development in the state.
