Popular microblogging platform, Twitter, has removed the blue tick of the account of Nigeria’s former Vice-president, Professor Yemi Osinbajo.
NRTC observed that the verification tag was removed on Monday a few hours before the swearing-in of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Vice-president Kashim Shettima.

As of press time, NRTC could not confirm the reasons for the removal of Osinbajo’s verification tag.
