Life happens to us in various degrees. The intricacies of life and the unequal share of financial wealth has birth phrases like, this life no balance, e go better, and we die trying. The quest to attain financial wealth is borne out of the need to settle bills without having to call on our ‘’neighbors”.
In spite of the consistent action of some individuals to get wealth, we cannot overrule the fact that they still end up being average. This is not to berate their daily hustles.
Rather, it is a simple establishment of the fact that this life no balance. And when they have done their best, and they are still far from wealth, they could add, e go better to their daily mantra. Life happened to Adeola Phoenix Osinuga when she breathed her last to fibromyalgia.
The Undeniable Need For Financial Support
On Sunday, 26 July, 2020, the news of the death of Phoenix Osinuga who previously worked as a presenter with Rhythm FM was disclosed by a friend and counterpart, Emma Ugolee.
The latter sounded very emotional as he recounted the events that led to the death of singer Olumuyiwa Osinuga, popularly known as Nomoreloss. On his Instagram page, Ugolee narrated how Nomoreloss championed the cause of his colleague OJB Jezreel after the musician battled with an ailment.

The ‘’Ololufe’’ crooner went public in seeking for financial assistance for OJB Jezreel who needed a kidney transplant. However, Nomoreloss also found himself in that scenario where he needed public support for his ailing health. The musician passed on in 2016, leaving his wife, Phoenix and their daughter, Morayo.
Phoenix Osinuga Stood In the Same Shoe as Her Late Husband
Ugolee made mention of Phoenix Osinuga needng financial assistance from people in her fight against fibromyalgia. The little he had, he sent to her with a heavy heart, wishing he could do more. He also made mention of some persons who supported her in their own way.
The sadness in the post was genuine. It spoke about the decision of some persons to turn eyes-right once they see a post pleading for financial assistance. However, they chose to spend their money on frivolities.
Let’s Endeavour To Be Our Brother’s Keeper
This statement is becoming very common among individuals who have made a tangible impact in their lives from “scratch”. However, some persons have often said that nobody can tell them how to spend their money.
This statement emanated from their struggling days. Hence, they see every reason to spend their hard earned money on only themselves. Although we cannot tell people ways and whom to spend their money on, we can plead with them to support others.
Supporting others when they need it is part of life’s pattern. No one prays to be in the position of need. But when the need arises, let us endeavor to be our brother’s keeper.
