Saturday’s Premier League Game Week 6 preview

West Ham United vs Manchester City
The Hammers have also stunned the Premier League this season grabbing big wins against Leicester City and Wolverhampton Wanderers. They also came back form 3-0 down to grab a point away at White Hart Lane last weekend.

Pep Guardiola’s men have looked as vulnerable as ever this season winning just 2 of their first 4 games. Although they remain favorites in the fixture, The Hammers would look to add this fixture to their big wins list.
Prediction: West Ham 1-3 Manchester City

Fulham vs Crystal Palace
Fulham has struggled to adjust to life in the Premier League, currently sitting at the bottom of the table with just 1 point.
This fixture and their next is probably the best for them among their run of games to grab some points if they’re to survive relegation. Despite starting the season well, Crystal Palace currently sits 14th in the league getting just 1 point from their last 3 fixtures.
A vulnerable Fulham side is probably the best fixture for them to get back to winning ways.
Prediction: Fulham 1-3 Crystal Palace
Manchester United vs Chelsea
This fixture is one to look forward to. This is a must win for both sides as they haven’t exactly been impressive.

Both teams have won just 2 games this season although Manchester United still have a game in hand. Chelsea has massively invested in their squad over the window but the results doesn’t reflect their investment.

Though an excuse can be made for their injury woes, questions will be asked if they don’t turn things around soon. Manchester United on the other hand have had a poor start to the season failing to a win a home game yet.
A third straight loss at home wouldn’t bode well for the future of their manager at the club. However, Ole Gunnar Solksjaer seems to always find a way to get good results against the top sides.
Prediction: Manchester United: 3-1 Chelsea

Liverpool vs Sheffield United
After failing to have a win in their last 2 EPL fixtures, an encounter at home with Sheffield United who looks a shadow of themselves might just be the perfect fixture to get back to winning ways.
However, with both Alisson Becker and Virgil Van Dijk out to injury, Liverpool look their most vulnerable in years.
But it remains a question if the Blades would prove much of an attacking threat to exploit Liverpool’s injury woes.
Prediction: Liverpool 2-0 Sheffield United

Sunday Premier League action
Southampton vs Everton
Following their recent form, Southampton would be full of confidence facing the league leaders at home.
Richarlison, Coleman and James Rodrigues are out due to suspension and injuries. The Saints will therefore have a weaker Everton side to face this weekend.

Everton will still pose much of an attacking threat as the league top scorer, Dominic Calvert-Lewin is fit and available for selection.
Prediction: Southampton 1-2 Everton
Wolverhampton Wanderers vs Newcastle United
Wolverhampton Wanderers currently sit 6th on the Premier League table with 3 wins in 5 games.
They face a Newcastle side low on confidence after the 4-1 defeat to Manchester United at home last weekend. Wolves are favorites to come out of the encounter with all 3 points.
Prediction: Wolves 2-1 Newcastle United

Arsenal vs Leicester City
A potential thriller between two sides coming on the back of Europa League victories barely 48 hrs before their encounter.
A fixture traditionally packed with goals, there should be more of the same this time around as both teams are evenly matched as regards to Premier League form this season, grabbing same number of points in equal outings.

Due to Leicester City’s injury woes, the Gunners are slightly favorites to come out with a win at the Emirates.
Prediction: Arsenal 3-2 Leicester City
Brighton and Hove Albion vs West Bromwich Albion
Brighton sits above West Brom on the League standings with 2 points above their opponents.
West Brom hasn’t taken life to the Premier League well grabbing just 2 points from their first 5 outings. They however have a slightly better form in their last 3 games than Graham Potter’s men. Brighton still remains favorites as their attacking style of play might be too much for West Brom to handle.
If West Brom are to get anything from the fixture, they have to fix their leaking backline crying for help.
Prediction: Brighton and Holve Albion 3-0 West Bromich Albion
Burnley vs Tottenham Hotspur

Considering Burnley’s start to the season, a clash with Jose Mourinho’s men might not be in their own best interest.
Similar to Sheffield United, they have not started the season the same way they ended the last. Spurs coming out of an unlucky result, would like to get back to winning ways as soon as possible and with their recent form, Burnley seems the right fixture to do so.
Prediction: Burnley 0-3 Tottenham Hotspur
