Oladipupo Mojeed gives us his predictions and what to expect from the few league games being played over the next few days.
Fulham v Leeds United
Leeds United has not been getting results despite playing attractive football. But early wins in the season have kept them off the relegation fight so far. This is just game week 29 with nine games and 27 points on offer, so anything could happen.
The Lancashire club has not scored in three games, which is very unlike them.
That doesn’t mean Fulham has a free pass despite being in better form. It could well be a repeat of the seven-goal thriller we witnessed at Elland Road back in September.
Fulham was conceding a lot of goals back then, but Scott Parker seems to have sorted that. They have tightened things up at the back, except for the two goals conceded against flawless Manchester City in their last game.
Prediction: 1-2
Brighton & Hove Albion v Newcastle United
With a deserved 2-1 win over Southampton away from home last week, Brighton is coming into this game with a bit more confidence.
They are also hosting a Newcastle side that has been plagued by injuries to their important players. It is therefore a huge task for Steve Bruce, as he needs to fashion a way to stop Graham Potter’s men from getting maximum points at the Amex.
Before their last game, scoring was a problem for the Seagulls. But getting two against Saints – the first time they’ve managed that in the Premier League since 2 January – is a positive that also brought an end to a three-game losing streak.
Although it will be tight with Newcastle sitting in as they always seem to do, the hosts could get one needed goal to claim all points.
Prediction 1-0

West Ham v Arsenal
Arsenal will have to shake off their inconsistent form to win another London derby.
Having won the North London derby against Spurs the last time out, this fixture is a consolidation of form for Arteta’s men, without a look at the form in Europe.
Meanwhile, it is also a big game for West Ham as they want to continue their push for the top four.
And so West Ham won’t allow their 1-0 defeat to Manchester United cause a distraction as they have their eyes on the prize.
It will definitely be an interesting encounter at the Olympic Stadium, as you would expect of a derby.
Prediction: 1-1
Aston Villa v Tottenham Hotspur
Aston Villa has been inconsistent lately. So, one can’t be too sure of what to expect against a Spurs side that wobbled against Arsenal after three straight Premier League wins.
They will have a chance to add to Jose Mourinho side’s problem after their recent outster from the Europa League against Dinamo Zagreb.
This Villa team that has won just one out of their last six games at Villa Park. Can they turn up and hand Tottenham Hotspurs their third straight defeat in a week?
They will surely be wishing that Jack Grealish was back in the fold to unleash some inspiration.
However, Spurs are equally as unpredictable. They could fire from all cylinders because they have quality going forward. Gareth Bale, Harry Kane, Lucas Moura, and Erik Lamela have what it takes to punish any defence line.
Prediction: 1-2
While there are only a handful of matches in Premier League GameWeek 29, there is certainly a lot of action to look forward to.
