Rangers International FC has confirmed the signing of Ejike Ikwu, Monday Daniel, and Chidozie Iwundu ahead of the 2025/26 Nigeria Premier Football League season.
The Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) club announced the arrivals in a club video.
Ikwu, a defender, joined from Heartland FC. Daniel, previously with El-Kanemi Warriors, is expected to add midfield versatility. Iwundu, a centre-back, arrived from Sunshine Stars.
The club made the signings to strengthen its squad for a title defence and to compete in continental tournaments. Management believes the additions will bring depth and experience.

Pre-season training has been ongoing, with coaches integrating the new players into tactical preparations. Officials have stated that squad cohesion remains a priority before competitive fixtures begin.
Rangers won a number of NPFL titles over the last decade, securing victories both at home and away. The club now faces the challenge of maintaining that standard across multiple competitions.
