FC Barcelona forward Lamine Yamal has now become the youngest ever player to grace the European Championships making his tournament debut in the group opener against Croatia.
Yamal’s rise to stardom under Xavi Hernandez in the 23/24 season was rewarded with seven goals and ten assists across all competitions for La Blaugrana.

These records include the youngest ever to make an appearance in the final held by Portugal’s Renato Sanches, back in the 2016 tournament.
