Victor Osimhen found his scoring touch again after his brilliant goal against Monza in the Serie A on Sunday.
The Super Eagles forward was a force to reckon with throughout the entirety of the match. Osimhen’s energetic display propelled the Naples club to a much-needed win over Monza in the six-goal thriller.
Recall that after notching just one goal during the AFCON 2023 earlier this year, the lanky striker scored in back-to-back games on his return to club action.
However, injury kept him out of play as he couldn’t represent Nigeria during the last international break. He missed the games against Ghana and Mali which the Super Eagles won and lost respectively.
The reigning Serie A champions beat Monza 4-2 in a morale-boosting win.
