Afrobeat singer, Seun Kuti, has jetted out to Zurich in Switzerland to kick-off his delayed concert tour after being released on bail.
The singer announced his tour to the European country via his Instagram story on Thursday sharing a picture of himself on the plane.
He captured the post, “Euro tour kicks off tonight in Zurich.”

Kuti, who was in court on Wednesday ā had been facing trial on assaulting a police officer, and had concerts scheduled in more than a dozen countries, his manager Ayo Moses told The Associated Press.
Kuti’s case was adjourned until a further hearing on July 3 after the presiding judge ruled that it was the public prosecutor ā not the police ā that had the power to prosecute the musician.
His manager confirmed that his departure had been on hold due to the trial.
