Tinubu celebrates Alhaja Lateefat Gbajabiamila at 94

President Bola Tinubu has congratulated a distinguished Nigerian, Alhaja Lateefat Olufunke Gbajabiamila, as she turns 94 on 2 March 2024.

President Tinubu celebrates Alhaja Gbajabiamila, an accomplished politician and devoted philanthropist, whose life has been one of sacrifice, devotion to God Almighty, charity, and service to Nigerians across all strata and humanity.

Tinubu, in a statement by his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Ajuri Ngelale, saluted Alhaja, who is the first elected female local government chairperson in Lagos State, extolling her as a leading light among the great women who have defined Nigeria’s history.

President Tinubu appreciated Alhaja Gbajabiamila for her support and unceasing prayers, assuring the nonagenarian that all her supplications for Nigeria will come to fruition.

He prayed for Alhaja and her family, asking Almighty Allah, whom she has faithfully served, to grant her many more years in good health.
