Tinubu congratulates Nigerian winner of Prince’s Trust Global Sustainability Award

President Bola Tinubu has congratulated Ridwan AbdulRazaq, a renewable energy expert, on his victory in the 2024 Prince’s Trust Global Sustainability Award.

According to Tinubu’s spokesperson, Ajuri Ngelale, Mr AbdulRazaq was recognized for his achievements in advancing the design and deployment of solar energy systems in Nigeria, particularly in off-grid rural communities.

President Tinubu praised AbdulRazaq as a trailblazer in Nigerian green solutions, emphasizing that his accomplishments underscore the feasibility of Nigeria’s climate goals and his administration’s vision for green industry, with the active involvement of the nation’s highly talented youth.
