Tinubu makes fresh appointment

President Bola Tinubu has appointed eight new Federal Permanent Secretaries to fill existing and impending vacancies in various states and geo-political zones within the top administrative cadre of the Civil Service of the Federation.

According to a statement by Tinubu’s spokesperson, Ajuri Ngelale, the new permanent secretaries were selected through a diligent process conducted by the Office of the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation.

The new appointees are Dr. Emanso Umobong Okop from Akwa Ibom, Obi Emeka Vitalis from Anambra, Mahmood Fatima Sugra Tabi’a from Bauchi, and Danjuma Mohammed Sanusi from Jigawa.

Others are, Olusanya Olubunmi from Ondo, Dr. Keshinro Maryam Ismaila from Zamfara, Akujobi Chinyere Ijeoma, representing the South-East, and Isokpunwu Christopher Osaruwanmwen, representing the South-South

President Tinubu expects the new permanent secretaries to demonstrate absolute dedication, diligence, and fidelity to the nation in the discharge of their duties, ensuring optimum service delivery to the Nigerian people.
