President Bola Tinubu has offered his condolences to the family of the late lawmaker, Olaide Akinremi, who represented Ibadan North Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives.
Akinremi, a two-term member of the All Progressives Congress (APC), passed away after a brief illness.
In a statement released by his spokesperson, Ajuri Ngelale, Tinubu also extended his sympathies to the National Assembly, friends, and associates of the deceased.

He prayed for the peaceful repose of Akinremi’s soul and offered strength to his grieving family during this difficult time.
Akinremi’s passing was confirmed by the House spokesperson, Akin Rotimi, in a statement on Wednesday.
