Transcorp Hotels reports 49% revenue growth, N22.4bn profit before tax

Transcorp Hotels Plc recorded a 49% revenue growth and a 36% rise in profit before tax for the third quarter of 2025, underscoring strong operational and financial performance across its hospitality operations.

The company reported ₦72.31 billion in revenue for the period ended September 30, 2025, up from ₦48.49 billion in the same period last year. Profit before tax rose to ₦22.4 billion, driven by cost efficiency, operational discipline, and customer-focused strategies.

Transcorp Hotels, a subsidiary of Transnational Corporation Plc, said the results affirm its leadership position in Nigeria’s hospitality industry and reflect its long-term commitment to sustainable profitability.

Chairman Emmanuel Nnorom said the performance “underscores our strategy focused on cost discipline, operational efficiency, and putting the customer at the heart of everything we do.”

Transcorp Hotels said it will continue to leverage its brands, including the Transcorp Hilton Abuja and Aura by Transcorp Hotels, to expand its market presence and strengthen service quality.
