Veteran Nigerian recording artiste, Onyeka Onwenu is reportedly dead.
News Round The Clock (NRTC) gathered that she was 72 at the time of her demise.
The renowned singer-songwriter reportedly slumped after performing at the birthday party of Mrs Stella Okoli, Managing Director of Emzor Pharmaceuticals.

It was gathered that she was rushed to Reddington Hospital in Lagos but passed on.
However, her family is yet to announce her passing.
Onyeka Onwenu was a Nigerian singer/songwriter, actress, human rights and social activist, journalist, politician, and former X Factor series judge. Dubbed the “Elegant Stallion” by the Nigerian press, she was a former chairperson of the Imo State Council for Arts and Culture.
