Nollywood star Iyabo Ojo has revealed why she has chosen not to respond to insults and curses allegedly directed at her family by fellow actress Lizzy Anjorin.
She made her position known through an Instagram post on Sunday, where she said she deliberately decided to keep quiet despite the difficult nature of the situation.
According to her, her focus has been on family matters, especially caring for her daughter Priscilla, who recently welcomed a child, and spending time with her grandson.

Iyabo said that her legal team is keeping track of all defamatory remarks and is working on the necessary actions to be taken.
She assured her supporters that the issue will be properly handled once she returns to Lagos.
The actress further expressed gratitude to her fans for their constant concern and urged them to stay calm, promising that the right step will be taken at the right time.
“I’ve seen all your DMs, voice notes, and questions about my silence despite all the defamatory statements, insults, death wishes, and curses aimed at my family, especially my grandson. Honestly, I struggle to hold my peace, but sometimes silence is necessary. Who God has blessed, no one can curse,” she wrote.
