Reigning World Champion Tobi Amusan has qualified for the final of the 100m hurdles at the World Athletics Championships.
Amusan clocked 12.56s finished first in Heat 2 of the semi-final and secure a spot in the final in Budapest.
The Nigerian had a slow start, but recovered in time to beat Jamacian Achkara Nungent 12.60s (2nd) and Dutch Nadine Visser 12.62s (2nd).

Nugent is the NCAA champion, while another opponent, CyrƩna Samba-Mayela is a World Indoor Champion.
In the first semi-final, World record holder Kendra Harrison clinched first position in 12.33s. Meanwhile, Olympic champion Jasmine Camacho-Quinn took Heat 3 in 12.41s, ahead of Nia Ali in 12.49s.
To win the final and defend her title, Amusan must definitely improve her game in Thursdayās final.
