Yhemolee shared a copy of the lawsuit via his Instagram handle with the caption: ā€œThe past few days has been a whole lot as I have been falsely accused continuously by @lhilfroshgram which has led me to get multiple death threats from random people, my timeline has been a mess for over 72hrs for something Iā€™m clearly innocent of.

ā€œThis is a pre-action notice to @lhilfroshgram

ā€œAttached letter from my lawyer is for your attention.ā€

In the suit, Yhemolee demanded a public apology, a retraction, and a payment of N200 million in damages.

The suit added: ā€œTake notice that you are to fully comply with the above demands within Fourteen (14) days from the date of your receipt of this letter, or from the day you are given constructive notice of same.

ā€œAnd take further notice that we have the definite instructions of our Client to commence legal proceedings against you if you fail, neglect or refuse to comply fully with the demands articulated above.ā€
