Morayo Afolabi-Brown, Managing Director of TVC Entertainment and long-time host of the popular talk show Your View, has announced her resignation from TVC Communications after 12 years with the media house.
Her resignation was confirmed in a statement by Edward Akintara, TVC’s Manager for PR, Corporate Communications and Marketing, on Monday. According to the statement, her final day at the network will be Thursday, August 29, 2025.
TVC explained that Morayo’s decision to step down is to allow her to focus on a personal passion project she has been nurturing for some time.
“We celebrate her for the incredible impact she has made, not only on Your View, but also to millions of viewers across Nigeria and beyond,” the statement partly read.

The company commended her role in shaping and growing Your View, describing her departure as a major moment for the network. However, it assured viewers that the programme will continue to deliver the quality content they have come to expect.
“Morayo will be dearly missed, however, the show remains strong and will continue to deliver the quality and relevance our audience has come to expect,” the network said.
TVC expressed gratitude for her dedication and service, calling her a source of inspiration and wishing her success in her future endeavours.
“Her legacy at TVC Communications will endure, and she will always remain a cherished member of the TVC family,” the company added.
