Big Brother Naija (BBN) Shine Ya Eye winner, Hazel Oyeze, popularly known as Whitemoney, has been made an honorary member of the Liberian Senate.
Whitemoney, who won the 2021 edition of the Big Brother Nigeria, disclosed this via a post on his Facebook page on Tuesday where he shared videos of his conferment.
The entrepreneur and musician also revealed that he was given an official car to commemorate his appointment. In the post, the reality TV star dedicated the feat to God and appreciated those who made it a reality.
āOne might wonder, āwhat type of grace is this?ā Having a great time in Liberia as we keep turning up,ā he wrote.
āI have been made an honorary member of the Liberian Senate & also assigned an official government vehicle immediately. Congratulations Senator.

āI owe God my life and dedication. I just want to thank the Liberian Senate and everyone in line for this amazing opportunity to serve. Words canāt express how I feel inside.
āI love you Liberia. God bless Liberia, God bless Enugu and of course, God bless Nigeria.ā
The Enugu State-born Whitemoney was also assigned an official government car, a luxurious Land Cruiser with a Liberian legislature plate number which read: āLIBERIA SEN ā 1 LEGISLATURE.ā
A letter to announce his appointment reads:
āOn behalf of the office and people of Liberia and the honourable Liberian Senate, we present this to you to always remember the Liberian Senate.
āAnd when any member of the Liberian Senate sees you, it means you are a member of the Liberian Senate.
āIn times of voting, weāll call you, āwhatās your decision on this issue?’ā The letter reads.
The development comes less than a month after he was also appointed as Ambassador for creative arts in Enugu by Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi, the state governor.
