Liverpool star forwards, Mohammed Salah and Sadio Mane will be playing against each other after Egypt and Senegal qualified for the final of the Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON 2022).
Senegal defeated Burkina Faso 3-1 in the semi-final to secure the final ticket while Egypt after two hours of football knocked out hosts, Cameroon via penalties. The Indomitable Lions lost three of their four spot-kicks.

The Terranga Lions will be on the lookout for their first AFCON trophy against record holders.

This is Egypt’s second final in the last three editions of the tournament and should provide an opportunity for Salah to win his first AFCON trophy, if the Egyptian Pharaoh can beat Sadio Mane’s Senegal.
