Burna Boy drags bloggers for failing to recognize his achievements

Grammy award winner, Burna Boy real name Damini Ogulu has bragged bloggers for failing to recognize his achievements.

Burna Boy took a swipe at bloggers on Saturday, March 26 after he earlier made it known on his Twitter platform that he is the highest paid Nigerian recording artiste.

Specifically, the self-acclaimed African giant alleged that no musician across the continent earns as much money as he does. He stated in his post that he is the wealthiest and he will expose any celebrity who disagrees with him.

Taking to Twitter, Burna Boy wrote; “I said money doesnā€™t satisfy me and itā€™s my Truth but it Doesnā€™t change the fact that Iā€™m the highest paid artist in the History of African music. Believe it or not.”

Burna Boy’s claim was not well received by his followers. His statement was undermined by his followers who opined that there are other notable celebrities who earn more than he does.

Despite the rebuttal from his followers; Burna Boy in a follow up tweet decided to criticize bloggers for failing to discuss his achievements.

He wrote, “Na now all bloggers dey wake up. Lol.”

The Grammy award singer continued; “I’ve been making history and opening doors that Could have NEVER opened without me. dem no see that 1 post or talk about; Na highest paid dey enter their eye.”

He added that bloggers often fail to recognize his success because of they want him to bankroll them.

The concluding part of his tweet reads; “They want me to put them on payroll but I never needed them.”
