Premier League
TOTTENHAM VS NEWCASTLE
Tottenham moved up to fourth in the Premier League table and piled the pressure on rivals Arsenal with a thumping 5-1 comeback win at home to Newcastle.
Goals from Ben Davies and Matt Doherty either side of half-time turned the game around after Fabian Schar’s free-kick flew past Hugo Lloris, and Spurs kept their foot on the pedal for a big win which boosts their belief for the run-in.
Heung-min Son finished a fine move started by the excellent Harry Kane to give Spurs the two-goal cushion they needed to move above their north London rivals.

It was a man of the match display from Kane, despite being a surprise absentee from the scoresheet. Instead Emerson Royal added a fourth with his first goal for the club, and sub, Steven Bergwijn raced through the centre of a suddenly exposed Newcastle defence to complete the rout.
WEST HAM VS EVERTON
Everton dug in at the start of the second half, with Dominic Calvert-Lewin hitting the woodwork before Mason Holgate found the back of the net with a half-volley to level the match.
However, West Ham were back in front just five minutes later when Alex Iwobi made a crucial error.
A poor touch from Iwobi sent Michail Antonio through on goal, only for his low shot to be saved by Pickford. But, the ball came back to Jarrod Bowen, who made things 2-1 on his return from injury. To add to Everton’s misery, captain Michael Keane was soon sent off for a second yellow after a late challenge on Antonio.
Bundesliga
DORTMUND VS RB LEIPZIG
Haaland and Dortmund disappoint in loss at home to RB Leipzig. Borussia Dortmund fell nine points behind Bundesliga leaders Bayern Munich after losing 4-1 at home to RB Leipzig on Saturday evening.
Konrad Laimer scored a first-half brace before Christopher Nkunku netted Leipzig’s third not long after the break. Donyell Malen pulled one back for Dortmund late on, but Dani Olmo re-established Leipzig’s three-goal advantage in the final minutes.
Dortmund started with a very attacking-minded line-up, which featured Erling Haaland upfront, but they could not cope with Domenico Tedesco’s side.
Serie A
JUVENTUS VS INTER MILLAN
Juventus 0-1 Inter Milan: Hakan Calhanoglu’s first-half penalty hands the visitors a huge victory in the Serie A title race as the Old Lady lose a league game for the first time in 16 matches in a major setback.
It was an evening where Inter needed to keep pressure on both AC Milan and Napoli in the hunt for the Serie A title, whilst Juventus could catapult themselves unexpectedly back into the title race with a victory.
However, it proved to be a night of glory for the Nerazzurri, as they secured a 1-0 win at the Juventus Stadium.
La Liga
BARCELONA VS SEVILLA
Sevilla have proved this season how tough they are to break down, and the first half certainly showed that.
However, Barcelona were patient and able to tire the Sevilla players as the visitorsā defensive shape slowly began to show more gaps.
Pedriās goal, the home side had several opportunities to score, and theyāll take that as a positive heading into the final few matches of the season.
Barca have now cut the gap to Real Madrid at the top of the table to 12 points. They also have a game-in-hand over Los Blancos.
Itāll be very tough but Barcaās hopes of catching Real and winning their 27th La Liga title are still alive.
