Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, has appealed to the Nigerian Labour Congress (NLC) not to embark on any strike action over fuel subsidy removal.
Sanwo-Olu at his post-inauguration thanksgiving service yesterday urged NLC to allow President Bola Tinubu to settle down and work out programmes that would cushion the effect on the masses.
He further stated that all presidential candidates promised total removal of subsidy during the campaign trail and industrial strike would not bring an end to the issue.
