Nigerian music executive, Don Jazzy applauded sensational Afrobeat musician, David Adeleke who is better known as Davido for acknowledging as his mentor in the music industry.
Don Jazzy whose real name is Michael Collins Ajereh has been identified as one of the most influential music producers and record label executives in the Nigerian entertainment industry and across Africa.
Davido who is otherwise known as Omo Babaolowo (OBO) has spoken about how his affiliation with Don Jazzy has aided his music career significantly.

During an interview with YouTuber Tayo Aina, discussed his growth in the music industry and his encounter with the former Mo’Hits co-founder.
Speaking of his encounter with the Mavins records founder, Davido stated that it took guts to stand in his presence during their first meeting together.

He said, āDon Jazzy was my mentor. I remember the first time I saw him, it felt like I was looking at Jesus. It was truly amazing.ā
