Can historian, Mercy Eke win BBNaija Allstars?

Mercy Eke won the 2019 Big Brother Naija Pepper Dem edition. At the time, she became the first woman to win the renowned Nigerian reality show.

Mercy Eke is looking to win the competition for the second after she was brought back for the Big Brother Naija Allstars competition that kicked off on Sunday, July 23.

Since the competition kicked off, Mercy Eke has remained one of the favourite contestants to win the competition.

The 32-year-old housemate has not shied away from her intention of winning the competition.

During a conversation with Ilebaye on Thursday night, vowed that she would be a second-time winner.

Ilebaye had queried her whether she was expecting to win the show again and Mercy replied that she was in the House to win.

Mercy said: “I’m going to win this show. I’m going to be a second-time winner. Yes, I’m here to win and I’m winning the N120m. I’m not joking about it. I’m here to win for the second time.”

Mercy has been tipped as the favourite to win the show for the second time.

News Round The Clock recalls that some of the housemates, including Cross and Mercy’s evicted ex-boyfriend, Ike had stated that they are against her winning the All Stars season.

They vowed to truncate her chances of winning the N120 million, stressing that she already won the reality show before.

Mercy and Whitemoney are the only past winners battling the N120 million grand prize.
