Oxlade‘s tweet is coming after he was dragged by social media for sharing a chat received from the late musician, Mohbad. In the text that took place on the photosharing app, Instagram, Oxlade had restricted his colleague.
The singer-songwriter was called out by social media users and pundits for chasing clout.
Days after the incident, another musician, Iyanya made a snide remark on his Twitter account where he subtly dubbed Oxlade “fake”.
Taking to X on Thursday, Iyanya wrote,
“When you are fake, you will post a screenshot of how you āRestrictedā a good guy on sm.
Told you one day the āfakeā in you will be televised.”
