The Super Eagles of Nigeria have been drawn alongside hosts Ivory Coast, Guinea-Bissau and Equatorial Guinea in Group A of the 2023 AFCON holding next January.
Nigeria will be aiming to claim a fourth title when the biennial tournament kicks off next year.
The draw ceremony which took place in Abidjan, also saw multiple winners Egypt and Ghana pitched in Group B. Also in the group are Cape Verde and Mozambique.
It’s a tough one in Group C with continental powerhouses Senegal and Cameroon set to clash. Guinea and The Gambia complete the group.

Senegal are the defending champions after winning their first AFCON title in February 2022. Sadio Mane and his teammates beat a Mohamed Salah-led Egypt team to claim the trophy.
2019 winners Algeria will battle Burkina Faso, Mauritania and Angola in Group D of the 2023 AFCON.
