Portable, Nigerian musician walks runway at British Fashion Awards (Photos/VIDEO)


Portable and Skepta

Nigerian recording artiste, Habeeb Okikiola who is better known as Portable at the British Fashion Awards to walk the runway.

The controversial recording artiste stunned social media users with the recent milestone he has achieved. Portable who has gained a reputation for instigating conundrum on social media was at the Royal Albert Hall, London, on Monday December 4, 2023 having the time of his life.

He was seen walking the red carpet with Nigerian-born British artiste, Skepta and his crew, attracting calls from the adoring fans nearby. The comedic singer posed gallantly next on the red carpet, dressed in his snazzy suit with his trademark no shirt beneath the blazer.

Equally important, Hollywood stars Anne Hathaway and Gwyneth Paltrow were among the attendees.

Big winners of the night included Jonathan Anderson for Designer of the Year; Sarah Burton for the Special Recognition Award, and Martine Rose for British Menswear Designer of the Year. Singer Sam Smith was the recipient of the Cultural Innovator Award, while British-Ghanaian actress and writer Michaela Coel took the gong for the Pandora Leader of Change.
