Big Brother has cautioned contestants on the ongoing Big Brother Naija show after several housemates were found breaking key house rules.
During Monday night’s live nomination session, Big Brother expressed disappointment over repeated cases of participants tampering with or removing their microphones, describing it as a major infraction.
He explained that the microphones serve as the main communication link between the housemates and the viewing public, and any attempt to switch them off or cover them interferes with the audience’s experience.

Big Brother then listed the offenders, issuing a last warning to Kola, Bright Morgan, Doris, Isabella, Mensan, Rooboy, Sultana, and Thelma Lawson.
“Covering or switching off microphones not only undermines the rules but also deprives fans of a fully engaging experience with the reality of the house,” he said.
He stressed that further violations of microphone rules would attract severe punishments for those involved and could affect the entire house.
The reminder comes as a clear signal that the show’s regulations must be respected and that Big Brother’s rules are final.
