Veteran Nollywood actress Bukky Wright has officially returned to Nigeria, marking a fresh phase in both her personal life and professional journey.
Speaking during a recent interview with BBC Yoruba, Bukky disclosed that she had been living abroad for some time but is now back and fully prepared to relaunch her acting career.
She explained that her initial move overseas was motivated by her desire to focus on her children. With her children now grown, she said they gave her their full support to return home and pursue her own dreams.

According to her, living abroad helped shift her mindset about returning to school.
In the same interview, the actress opened up about her desire to give love another chance. Reflecting on a spiritual moment during her visit to the Kaaba in Mecca, she revealed: “I will still love to get married if I find the right partner.” She was recently spotted in public with singer Timi Dakolo.
