Looking back on one of her past relationships, she admitted she once ignored her instincts after listening to advice from male friends.
She later realized it was a mistake and wished she had trusted her own judgment from the start.
She said: “The dating pool in Lagos is just a puddle. We may be flirting, but after that first date, you will never see me again. Some just want to demystify you because they’ve seen you online. I’m a happy girl. I don’t tolerate nonsense. I saw the signs, but I stayed. What am I doing here?”
