Social media users are frowning at the revelation made by popular travel YouTuber, Emdee Tiamiyu pertaining to those applying for Masters program in the United Kingdom.
In a recent conversation with the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC), Emdee claimed most Nigerians only apply for Masters program in the United Kingdom as a ploy to seek better lives for themselves without any intentions of going back to their nation.
Specifically, the YouTuber granted the interview days after UK’s Home Secretary, Suella Braverman, announced a ban on Nigerians and other international students bringing family members to the country during their Masters program.

Speaking to the BBC after the announcement of the ban, Tiamiyu claimed that most Nigerians easily lose focus while schooling in the UK because they use Masters as an access route to gain entry into the country.
Tiamiyu, an Osun indigene who is also a migrant in the country, insinuated that Nigerians are not being truthful on why they school in the UK.
