Nollywood actress Eniola Badmus has stirred reactions online after calling out fellow actress Funke Akindele for a celebrity boxing match.
Her call came shortly after a trending fight involving Nigerian streamer Carter Efe and singer Portable. The match, which took place on Friday, ended with Carter Efe defeating Portable and walking away with a prize of N50 million.

Not long after his win, Lagos socialite E-Money rewarded Carter Efe with an additional cash gift to celebrate the victory. Before the fight, music executive Soso Soberekon had also given both fighters N40 million each as support ahead of the match.

Following the buzz around the event, Eniola Badmus took to her Instagram page in a post that quickly went viral, where she proposed a similar boxing showdown with Funke Akindele.
She also called on E-Money and Soso Soberekon to sponsor the proposed fight, stating that the time was right to make it happen and earn money from it.
She wrote “Funke Akindele, let’s get on the boxing ring. It’s about time. Soso, E-Money, let’s get to it. No time. Money has to be made.”
