This week has been exciting in the Hollywood world and the international entertainment scene. We had a star walk the Hall of Fame, a supposed wedding of a young actress, the introduction of characters in an upcoming Netflix movie, and many more. While we might not be able to spill all the entertainment news, let us get to the spill of some.
1. Netflix releases cast updates for Sandman 2
We have been expecting Sandman 2 since 2022 and we got an update about the next season last year, ever since then, nothing. About five days ago, Netflix released a video about cast updates and it is just the tip of the iceberg of the second season. The Neil Gaimann’s adaptation is quite a sensation with the characters.
In the released video, Tom Sturridge still acts as the protagonist, Dream. The character, Death still stars the black queen, Kirby Howell-Baptiste, Desire, as, Mason Alexander Park, and Donna Preston as Despair. A few new characters were introduced and as you can predict they are also entities namely, Destiny as Adrian Lester, Delirium as Esme Creed-Miles, and Barry Sloane as The Prodigal.
We do not know what the producers of Sandman are cooking for us but we expect an exhilarating season in 2025.
2. Chris Hemsworth gets a Hollywood Walk of Fame
The Australian actor buzzed our minds in the Marvel Thor sequels he acted in. Chris Hemsworth is a Hollywood star with so many movie appearances and dynamic casting. This got him a Hollywood Walk of Fame. The ceremony which took place May 23, 2024, witnessed his family. Robert Downey Jr., his co-Avengers star, gives a speech in the commemoration of the ceremony. Chris is Hollywood certified at 40. Cheers to his career!

3. Millie Bobby Brown might be a married woman now
Alexa! Play me Stargazing by Myles Smith. Millie Bobby Brown, our young Stranger Things star is now a married woman. The star got married to her, model fiance, Jake Bongiovi in a private wedding ceremony. The duo are currently in their early 20s- Millie, 20, and Jake, 22. The lovebirds have been private about their relationship and we love their secrecy. They announced their engagement about a year ago and now they are married. Young in love!

4. The Beetlejuice 2 gets a trailer released
All I can hear is Beetlejuice in Jenna Ortega’s voice. Beetlejuice has raised a standard for us with its trailer. We expect horror but with a spike of comedy and we are getting Jenna Ortega, the dark queen herself in the movie. The movie is a direct sequel to Beetlejuice (1998), we might need to check it out before the release of the sequel on September 6, 2024.
5. The Biebers Baby, Justin continues to remind us of the latest addition to his family
This is no longer a piece of fresh entertainment news but JB is keeping it hot. Justin Bieber is going to make a great father, we know that. He seems very excited about his unborn child and ever since he broke the news to us in the sweetest way possible, he cannot seem to take it off our faces. The unborn child is a blessing for the Biebers after six years of marriage. We might also want to add Hailey is a beautiful preggo.
