The 2025 Grammy Awards ceremony was held in crypto.com, Los Angeles, California. The Awards ceremony was to celebrate great and identified talents in the music world. However, there was not much fashion buzz about this year’s Grammy. The stars and attendees were not bothered about fashion judging by most guests’ looks. It took a painstaking moment to decide looks that would appear as best dressed at the Awards Ceremony.

Are people’s fashion tastes depleting? Or the emergence of weird fashion has taken over? Regardless of the fashion moments at the Grammys, I bring to you a list of best-dressed celebrities at the 2025 Grammys.

Trevor Noah

We are starting with the host of the show. Trevor is hosting the Grammys Awards for the fifth consecutive time. His look was not something extraordinary but he was looking dapper in his outfit. Rocking a navy blue blazer accompanied by a bow tie, the popular South African comedian opted for black pants. The lapel of the jacket made with silk added a touch of poshness to the overall look. The accessory at the jacket’s lapel is also an eye-catcher.

Yemi Alade

I am not biased in this selection. Before this appearance, I did not know that Edo cultural attire for women could be channeled into a Grammy red carpet look. The dress on its own could pass for a dinner gown but Yemi Alade decided to infuse the Edo culture of Nigeria into her look. Not only did she embody it well, but it was also a way to propagate the Nigerian culture.

The beadings on her dress which create a desirable pattern are exceptional. It sure shines as bright as the style. Kudos to the fashion designer for creating a remarkable bodice for the dress

Tori Kelly

Our lady in red. Her dress style is nothing out of the blues. It is something beautiful in the mundane. The folds and drape designs on the dress are stunning, fitting perfectly and accentuating her shape.

Chanel Wes Coast

The woman in black sequin lace is Chanel! A right evening dress for an award show. You can never go wrong with a sequin dress with a spaghetti strap and a high slit as a plus. A touch of extraordinary to the dress is the ruffle design at the bust area of the dress. I love how she went monotone with her look, wearing black high-strap heels.

Amun Star

This is on my list because of the level of creativity imbued to make this dress. It could pass for a Halloween look. The fabric looks wrought like flesh and sinews sown toghether to a skeletal body. The choice of colour for the fabric brings the concept to life which complements Amun’s skin tone.

Will Smith

The legendary actor channels the Michael Jackson look in his 2025 Grammy red carpet look. He did not channel into the weird fashion vibes like his kids. The actor once again convinced us that he gets more handsome with age.

Raye

The talented singer decided to go strapless with her dress coupled together with a sweetheart neckline studded with stones. The dress style with the folds at the west bears resemblance to the popular aso ebi style most Nigerian ladies wear to parties.

Cardi B

No matter the occasion, Cardi B always chooses to slay. The mother of three chose a V-neckline dress with delicate embroidery and beadings.  Her choice of dress fabric is the A factor of this dress. Combined with 3D feathers at the knee cap downwards, the color of the feathers bore in unison with the fabric used for the dress. The dress is a statement dress. Too bad the rapper did not win an award.

Sabrina Carpenter

The pop singer slayed on the red carpet and also bagged a lot of awards home. She chose a sheer silk dress with a lot of fluffy designs for a statement. The dress accentuates her petite form and is perfect for every dress. The minimalistic dress with a touch of drama.
