Nollywood actress Victoria Akanke Ajibola, widely known as Omo Local, has shared a painful chapter of her personal life, revealing how her marriage collapsed after discovering that her best friend was also pregnant for her husband.
The actress spoke candidly during a recent interview on Oyinmomo TV, where she addressed the circumstances that led to her divorce.
According to Omo Local, she was five months pregnant when she found out that her close friend was three months pregnant for her husband. The shocking discovery, she said, left her emotionally devastated.
Recounting the ordeal, the actress described the intense emotional pain she experienced at the time, noting that the situation pushed her into a dark place.

“I was five months pregnant, my best friend was also three months pregnant for my husband. The trauma was so much to the extent that I took poison because of shame,” she said.
Omo Local further disclosed that she no longer has contact with the former friend and is unaware of her current situation.
When asked about the friend, she answered, “Anyway, I don’t know about her whereabouts anymore. Maybe she’s still together with my ex-husband, I don’t know, but they had about three (children) together after I left him.”
