The National Sports Commission (NSC) has declared Enugu State as overall winner of the 3rd National Para Games, which wrapped up at the Moshood Abiola National Stadium in Abuja.
The announcement capped a successful edition that reinforced the role of para sports in Nigeria’s national development agenda.
The Games were officially brought to a close by the First Lady, Senator Remi Tinubu, CON, represented by Hajiya Shettima.
She praised the athletes for their resilience and urged Nigerians to continue supporting para sports.
