Jannik Sinner delivered a flawless performance to defeat Daniil Medvedev and win the Indian Wells Masters title. The victory also secured the Italian a rare place in hard-court tennis history.

Sinner, ranked world number two, triumphed 7-6 (8-6) 7-6 (7-4) in scorching California conditions. The final lasted just under two hours and showcased exceptional serving from both players.

At only 24, the Italian became the youngest man to complete the set of major hard-court titles. Remarkably, he did not face a single break point throughout the match.

His dominance behind serve proved decisive during tense tie-break moments, as he dropped just four points on his first serve across the entire contest. The victory also marked his first title of the year and the 25th of his career. Equally impressive, he lifted the trophy without losing a single set.

Sinner has already captured both hard-court Grand Slam crowns in recent seasons. Those triumphs came at the Australian Open and the US Open.
