Social media has created a platform where people of various age groups can be innovative and comprehensive in promoting themselves, their businesses and other artistic ventures.
Despite the opportunities created by social media; most women have preferred to use the platform to promote promiscuity and undermining content.
Let us discuss women in their 30’s and the use of social media.
At the age of 30; it pointless for a grown woman to still to be dancing half-naked on Tik Tok and posting raunchy photos on social media for male validation and peopleās approval.
It is needless.
You are not a teenager going through puberty stage anymore; youāre a grown adult who should not only be in charge of your hormones and emotions; but also serve as a role model and an influencer to the emerging coterie of women.
You donāt have to be married neither should you be a mum at 30; but endeavour to develop a form of self-respect and stop competing with teenage girls and women in their 20s for relevance.

Your aim and objective with life should be much broader and meaningful.
No amount of comments; likes and thirsty validations from onlookers can bring that inner essence that you seek.
You are not 18 anymore, you were sleezeballed in your 20s; in your 30s, you should see how you can aid the economy of the state; you should be indulging yourself with more realistic programs and events that are definite.
Dancing here and there on Tik Tok with only handkerchief on your chest would give you the 15-minutes of fame that you desire, albeit thatās all youāll ever be, āa flash in the panā.
In your 30s, you should be talking about financial/ investment plan, acquiring properties, career, building a healthy relationship, etc. not doing some nonsensical Tik Tok challenge for relevance.
Jumping from breast challenge to bum bum challenge, leave that to the fledgling damsels.
There are more realistic challenges to engage oneās spirit, soul and body; leave the social media charade to the younger charade.
Enjoy social media; dance on social media.
Ofcourse, go ahead and promote your brand and business online; however, hang the boots of setting thirst traps already, nobody actually really cares.
This is why older celebrities who keep trying to coerce sexiness are mocked or ridiculed, they just look phony.
Itās well, everyone will be fine.
