Lagos: The beautiful life in the mega city

LAGOS

The beautiful thing about Lagos is that in this city, you can choose to become everything and nothing.

There is everything for you in this town, at the same time, there is actually really nothing for you in the city of Lagos.

The life here is always in a haste and everything goes so fast; albeit you can decide to be calm and decide on what you want for yourself. Almost everything can influence you both positively and in the negative sense as well.

Out here in Lagos, everything thrives and everything dies. Lagos, a multiethnicity state harbors everyone indiscriminately.

You can choose to become everything that your heart desires because your customers are awaiting you at the entrance of your doorstep.

If you want to start a church in Lagos State, within 6-12 months, the population of your church could grow with the ideal strategy and packaging.

Do you want to become a roadside prostitute, or in more sophisticated terminology, do you want to become a hook-up businesswoman?

You no longer need to stand by the roadside, protect your skin by building a social media portfolio.

Once again, your customer is at your doorstep; according to the dating platform, Mashable.com; more than 65% of young men in Nigeria prefer to meet up with a lady via social media platforms such as Snap Chat; Instagram, Tik Tok, Only Fans, and other dating platforms.

Everything and nothing…Out here…You can choose to kill people and still be celebrated; becoming a government machinery.

You can become a yahoo boy and live the star boy life; you’ll be untouchable and be used as a testimony for Grass to Grace stories even in religious households.

Everything you do as a Lagosian, you are absolutely right even if you are wrong.

In Lagos State, there are more quack doctors than legit medical practitioners.

You will meet some people that they dubbed themselves ‘doctors’ simply because they attended Red Cross Training camp or volunteered for HIV/AIDS Clubs in the university, so they certified themselves medical practitioners.

There is a handful of them in areas such as Ikorodu, Agbule Egba, Sango-Ota and those outskirt parts of Lagos State.

In Lagos State you have to shine your eyes properly, everyone on the streets is trying to hustle you.

Everyone on the street of Lagos needs help, everyone is well-packaged, but they are poor as church rats.

Everyone is religious but the strip clubs and prostitute joints keep selling out.

Relax and enjoy the diversity that collages the beauty of the state.

In Lagos, the more you look, the less you see. It is what It is. One love all the same, however, never sleep on the bicycle when you are walking down the streets of Lasgidi.
