President Bola Tinubu, has issued a birthday tribute to Governor Hope Uzodimma of Imo State.
He hailed him as the true representation of a progressive, both in ideal and action.
Tinubu described Uzodimma as an ambassador of Renewed Hope, a beacon of unity and a force for positive change.
The President commended Uzodimma’s strong belief in Nigeria, noting his admirable efforts to talk of unity and act to strengthen national bonds and blur the artificial lines that separate us.

Tinubu called the governor a patriot through and through.
Regarding his leadership, the President lauded Uzodimma’s style as “expansive and corrective, accommodating and decisive.”
He pointed to the governor’s position as the Chairman of the Progressive Governors Forum as testament to his broadmindedness and capacity to rally people together and inspire loyalty and comradeship.
Tinubu acknowledged the governor’s political trajectory, starting with his election as a senator representing Imo West Senatorial District in 2011, where he delivered quality and impactful representation.
The President noted that since Uzodimma took office in 2020, Imo State has experienced “steady progress,” with remarkable footprints in: infrastructure development, improvements in healthcare, education and security.

Tinubu praised Uzodimma’s character, describing him as very affable with an admirable strength of character and a dependable ally.
He added, “I admire his brilliance and proven problem-solving ability.”
Tinubu wished the governor many more years of good health and greater service to the country and humanity.
