Governor Hope Uzodimma of Imo State has praised President Bola Tinubu’s leadership since he assumed office.
In a statement posted on his social media page on Thursday, the governor noted that Tinubu’s progressive policies have continued to reshape Nigeria’s economic landscape.
The 67-year-old governor spoke at a high-level meeting of the Progressive Governors’ Forum (PGF), attended by the party’s National Chairman, all Deputy National Chairmen, and the National Secretary.

He said the positive direction of the administration is being embraced by all progressives, with many proudly joining the progressive family.
He emphasised that the reforms under Tinubu’s administration signal a renewed commitment to growth, stability, and inclusive development, reinforcing public trust in the party’s vision and capacity to lead Nigeria forward.
“The forum unanimously commended the National Chairman and his team for their forward-looking initiatives. Special recognition was given to the e-registration of members, which will enhance youth participation and promote greater transparency within the party,” Uzodimma said.

The governor added that the forum had adopted the proposed timetable for party congresses and the national convention in line with INEC guidelines.
He reaffirmed the forum’s commitment to deepening internal democracy, strengthening party structures, and advancing reforms that enhance transparency, accountability, and inclusiveness across all levels of the federation.
