Popular media personality, Toke Makinwa, has opened up on why she is not breastfeeding her newborn daughter, Yakira.
The revelation came after the proud mother shared a photo of herself and her baby on Snapchat. In response to a curious fan who asked, “Why aren’t you breastfeeding?” Toke explained that her breast milk stopped flowing just three weeks after giving birth.
“Cos my breast milk output stopped after 3 weeks, any other question,” she replied.

The lifestyle influencer also shared a heartfelt post on Instagram, where she appeared with her daughter in matching pink outfits. Expressing gratitude, she wrote that she would never have believed life could be this beautiful.
“My heart is so full of gratitude, if anyone ever told me that life would get this good, whooosh!!!! Yakira and I are just wishing you all a lovely Sunday. Mama YaYa,” she wrote.
