To operate two accounts at once within WhatsApp on Android users need dual-SIM functionality because every account requires distinct phone numbers. Users can access another WhatsApp option called WhatsApp Business through a different phone number by setting up a second account but this approach forces users to switch back and forth between applications. Following the Android release and iOS testing phase users with dual phone numbers will have all their chats within a single app.
