1. Nwankwo Kanu

Born in Owerri, Imo State, Kanu began his career at Iwuanyanwu Nationale before moving to Dutch side Ajax in 1993. He went on to play for Inter Milan, Arsenal, and Portsmouth, among other clubs. 6. Daniel Amokachi
Daniel ‘The Bull’ Amokachi is another Nigerian football legend. He was part of the Nigeria team that won the African Cup of Nations in 1994 and played in the World Cup in 1994 and 1998.
