“I really miss Buhari”- Popular comedian, Lasisi says amid economic hardship

Foremost Nigerian comedian and content creator, Lasisi Elenu whose real name is Nosa Afolabi has joined his fellow countrymen to bemoan the economic hardship that is affecting the nation.

Under the rulership of current head of state, president Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Nigerians have complained about inflation and excess taxation of citizens of the country. Further, citizens of the country have shared their grievances across various social media platforms.

Joining the bandwagon of Nigerians infuriated at the various developments in Tinubu’s economy, Lasisi, a renowned comedian stated that things were much better during the regime of the immediate past president, Muhammadu Buhari.

In a voice note that Lasisi shared on his Instagram account, the comedian mentioned that he ‘misses’ him and still prefers his regime to that of the current president.

In the voice note, he said: ā€œIā€™m not sending you this message on behalf of anyone. I think I owe it to myself and my family. I never thought I would be here doing this at this time. First, I donā€™t even know how to say this. I miss you. God help me na die I deyā€

In other news, Nigerians have taken to social media to express their displeasure at the ongoing adversity and economic hardship that the nation is experiencing. As a matter of fact, the tumultuous experience has coerced Nigerians to coin the term, ‘T-Pain’ for the current president, Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
