The 10th edition of Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) is set to begin on Friday, July 26, 2025, with a second launch event scheduled for Saturday, July 27.
The show will air on Africa Magic Showcase and other DStv and GOtv channels.
MultiChoice Nigeria made the announcement during a media briefing held on Wednesday.
This year’s winner will receive a prize of N150 million, the biggest reward since the reality show started in 2006.
Ebuka Obi-Uchendu is returning as the host.
He has been a familiar face on the show and is expected to guide viewers through what promises to be another eventful season.
Since its debut, BBNaija has featured 197 housemates and has aired for 709 days across nine previous seasons.
The organisers said that over N637 million has already been given out as cash prizes since the beginning of the show.

Last year’s edition, tagged “No Loose Guard,” introduced a new format where contestants entered as pairs before eventually competing alone.
That season ended with Kellyrae becoming the winner and the first married contestant to win the show, going home with N100 million.
For this year, physical auditions were brought back and took place between May 16 and May 18.
Fans of the show are looking forward to the drama, entertainment, and surprises that come with every new BBNaija season.
